Online counseling is delivered for convenience via the internet from the privacy of your device. It is an option when meeting in person is not possible. Online services are provided via Zoom. Please contact us for more details. Individual Counseling: Want to work to improve yourself? One on one with a counselor will help you address concerns in a confidential, safe, and caring environment. Group Counseling: Sometimes, it is better to address issues with a group of people dealing with the same problem. Join a group of 2-15 clients discussing a specific topic and ways to improve behavioral outcomes. Couples Counseling: Relationships are a lot of work. When you are struggling to find common ground with your spouse or partner, a counselor can help you overcome those hurdles. Family Counseling: The family is the most important connection that people have with one another. Not all families are without troubles, stress, or conflict. The key to having and keeping a successful family unit moving forward is to be able to understand and identify the needs of the individual members and balance those with the well-being of the family unit. Family counseling can help address these needs.
